Additional information on data storage in the context of contact and consulting

In the context of contact, personal data of prospects, customers and applicants may be stored on servers of the following services:

• Microsoft 365: Data may be stored in the context of communication and document management.
• Microsoft Azure (EU): Parts of our cloud infrastructure run on Azure servers in the EU. Personal data may be processed in this context.
• Teamwork Ireland: Data may be stored on Teamwork servers for project management and collaboration.
• IONOS (EU): Our tools are hosted on servers of IONOS SE in the EU.
• OnApply: In the context of the application process, data may be stored on OnApply servers.
• OpenAI: When AI is used as indicated, data may be processed and stored on OpenAI servers.
• PostHog (EU): We use PostHog for anonymised usage analytics. Data is processed exclusively on EU servers (eu.i.posthog.com). PostHog is configured so that no cookies or other persistent browser storage are used (disable_persistence = true, persistence = "memory").

Depending on the project, further services may be used. Storage is then governed by the respective individual agreements.

Data storage and deletion

Data is deleted when no longer needed for the purpose or as required by law.

No use of marketing cookies

No marketing cookies are set. For usage analytics we use PostHog; PostHog operates without cookies or persistent browser storage (cookieless tracking). For language selection we store the choice in session storage to retain it during use. Technical information is processed in accordance with § 25(2) TTDSG, as it is necessary for the operation of the website.

We observe the requirements of EU Regulation 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) where applicable.
