  • Together we define an output catalog (e.g., User Story, Status Report, Risk Entry).
  • For each output, we store a reference time, how long a person typically needs.
  • Based on the generated results, we calculate the performance fee (20% of the cost savings).

Example: 50 User Stories × 1 h reference time × 100 €/h × 20% = 1,000 € performance fee / month.
